Nitish Kumar’s Janata Dal United-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) may win the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 with clear majority, predicted Today’s Chanakya Exit Poll.

As per the post-poll survey conducted by Today’s Chanakya, NDA is projected to win 160 seats. The Rashtriya Janata Dal-led Mahagathbandhan is likely to win 77 seat, the survey predicted.

Others, including independents and Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraaj Party could win 6 seats, showed the Exit Poll.

In terms of vote share, the NDA is projected to win 44 per cent of votes, compared to Mahagathbandhan’s 38 per cent. Others may end up with 18 per cent vote share.

The Exit Poll results of Today’s Chanakya are in line with the predictions of almost all the major pollsters, who have given the NDA a clear majority.

The Axis My India exit poll had also predicted NDA victory in Bihar. As the per the survey, NDA may win 121-141 seats.

The Mahagathbandhan was projected to win 98-118 seats, the most given by ay least 10 major post-poll surveys.

Jan Suraaj, founded by political strategist Prashant Kishor, is expected to win not more than two out of the 243 total seats in the Bihar Assembly.

As per the Axis My India exit poll, the BJP may win between 50 and 56 seats while the JD(U) may bag 56-62. The NDA’s overall vote share is expected to be around 43 per cent.

On the other hand, the RJD of Tejashwi Yadav may win 67-76 seats, possibly emerging as the biggest party in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Its main Mahagathbandhan alliance partner, the Congress may win 17-21 seats while the Left parties may together claim 10-14 seats.

Exit polls may not always predict the accurate outcome. Official results will be announced on November 14.
