Another exit poll, another clean sweep for the NDA in Bihar. Yes, that’s the finding of the Axis My India exit poll telecast by India Today.

The Axis My India exit poll has projected a win for the ruling National Democratic Alliance in the Bihar Assembly Election 2025. As per the poll, the NDA will win between 121 and 141 seats.

The opposition Mahagathbandhan, on the other hand, is projected to finish second with 98 to 118 seats.

Another exit poll projects win for NDA in Bihar

Jan Suraaj, founded by political strategist Prashant Kishor, is expected to win not more than two out of the 243 total seats in the Bihar Assembly.

As per the Axis My India exit poll, the BJP may win between 50 and 56 seats while the JD(U) may bag 56-62. The NDA’s overall vote share is expected to be around 43 per cent.

On the other hand, the RJD of Tejashwi Yadav may win 67-76 seats, possibly emerging as the biggest party in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Its main Mahagathbandhan alliance partner, the Congress may win 17-21 seats while the Left parties may together claim 10-14 seats. Overall, the Mahagathbandhan may secure a total of 41 per cent vote share.

JSP of Prashant Kishor and AIMIM are projected to secure just 4 and 1 per cent vote share, respectively.

Others, including Independents, may end up with 1-5 seats and 11 per cent vote share.
