The CBI alleges that the accused diverted GST input tax credits belonging to three private companies to unrelated sub-contractors, thereby misappropriating the funds.

As part of the investigation, searches were conducted at six locations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, leading to the seizure of incriminating documents. The investigation is ongoing.
