Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah on Saturday addressed a public gathering in Khagaria and reiterated the election pledge to remove “infiltrators” from voter rolls in Bihar. “We will remove every single infiltrator from Bihar” if the NDA returns to power, Shah said.

Exhorting the crowd, the minsiter said, “Tell me, should the names of infiltrators be removed from the voter list or not?” He added: “Form the NDA government again… I promise you that we will remove every single infiltrator from Bihar.”

“Driven by the greed for vote bank, Sonia, Manmohan, and Lalu governments remained silent,” he said talking about national security, adding that after Modi came to power, three attacks were carried out – Uri, Pulwama, and Pahalgam.
“In response, surgical strike and air strike were carried out, and after Pahalgam, Operation Sindoor was launched. Modi has worked to secure India. He has worked to make India prosperous,” Shah stated.
Shah attacked the opposition Mahagathbandhan alliance as corrupt and warned voters against bringing back “jungle raj,” urging them to choose “development” under the NDA. “Recently, Rahul Baba came to protect infiltrators,” he further said.
The BJP leader further appealed for votes for the NDA, describing the alliance as five Pandavas and asking voters to bless and make it victorious.
Extending Chhath greetings, Shah prayed for law and order, the safety of women in Bihar, and the state’s overall development.

He said, “You all know that the great festival of Chhath has begun today. I wish all the people of Bihar a very happy Chhath festival. I pray to Chhath Maiya that our Bihar remains free from jungle raj, that law and order remain strong, that our sisters and daughters remain safe, and that Bihar becomes a developed state in the future.”

Counting the achievements of the Modi government at the Centre, Shah said the government has worked to free Bihar from Naxalism.

He contrasted Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar as leaders “not accused of even a penny’s worth of corruption,” saying only they can develop Bihar.
Lauding PM Modi, Shah said he has moved India’s economy from 11th to 4th place and vowed to reach 3rd before 2027.
