The first ‘Awarapan’, directed by Mohit Suri, was released in 2007. Since then, Emraan has taken on many diverse roles. Most recently, he was seen in the Telugu action film ‘They Call Him OG’, opposite Pawan Kalyan. In that movie, he played the fearsome antagonist Omkar Vardhaman Mirajkar, also known as Omi Bhau. He is a crime lord locked in a high-stakes battle with Kalyan’s character.
