Delhi BJP workers and leaders on Thursday held protests at major locations across national capital against derogatory language used for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother at a recent rally of the Congress party in poll-bound Bihar.
MPs, MLAs, Municipal Councillors, along with several state, district, and block level office bearers of BJP’s state unit participated in the protests. Condemning the use of abusive language against the PM and his mother during a Congress- RJD rally, MP Ramvir Bidhuri stated that the people of the country would not forgive the grand old party and the RJD for the insult and they will get a befitting reply in the upcoming assembly polls in Bihar.

Taking to social media platform X, Bidhuri said people in large numbers gathered to express their anger. The Congress party, its leaders, and associates must apologize to the people of the country for insulting the entire nation and every mother.
Bidhuri, along with senior office bearers of the party in South Delhi, took part in the protest at Mehrauli.
Meanwhile, in the Chandni Chowk district, a protest was held under the leadership of president Arvind Garg at Sadar Thana Chowk, where MP Praveen Khandelwal, State General Secretary Vishnu Mittal, and other party leaders including MLA Ashok Goyal were present.
Similarly, protests were held at Madhuban Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi district, Najafgarh, Keshavpuram, Outer Delhi and the Naveen Shahdara.
