As her elder daughter Renee turned a year older, Sushmita Sen filled Instagram with love. Calling Renee her “first love” and “God’s most precious gift,” she shared how becoming a mother changed her life forever.

In her birthday message, Sushmita wrote with overflowing joy: “Happpyyyyyy Birthday my first love!!! May all your dreams come true for the greater good. This is YOUR year…bring it on Shona. I am forever proud of you. Prepare…Perform…Prevail.”
She ended the note by praising Renee not just as a daughter but also as “the best Didi ever.”
Sushmita didn’t stop there. She later posted stunning photos from Renee’s latest photoshoot, gushing about her confidence and individuality. With admiration, she wrote: “Attitude doesn’t compete…it slays in its own lane! I love you, Birthday Girl. Stunningggg!”
Just days earlier, Sushmita Sen had also celebrated her younger daughter Alisah’s milestone birthday. Sharing 19 pictures of their holidays and happy times together, she described Alisah as “the sweetest sixteen” she knows.
In her long note, Sushmita praised Alisah’s achievements, her kind heart, and her loving personality.
The actress also revealed that Alisah had been appointed as school captain, calling it a perfect start to her 16th year. “Way to go, Munchkin!” she cheered.
Sushmita adopted Renee in 2000 at the age of 24 and welcomed Alisah into the family in 2010. Over the years, she has openly spoken about how motherhood shaped her into the woman she is today.
