Extending wishes on the occasion of ‘National Small Industry Day’ on Saturday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav stated that small industries play a vital role in strengthening all sectors of the business, and the state government is actively promoting them through a campaign.
CM Dr Yadav said that many small-scale units are today emerging as new sources of economic prosperity. With innovation, these units are being established in new forms.

He said that in collaboration with the Central Government, the state is advancing micro, small, and medium enterprises. Several welfare schemes, including the ‘PM Vishwakarma Yojana’, are being implemented in the state, driving growth in small industries.

The Chief Minister informed that in November 2023, the state government launched the ‘Udyam Sahayata’ Platform, from which all entrepreneurs of the state will benefit.
He reiterated the government’s commitment to bringing positive change in the lives of citizens through medium and cottage industries.
