‘Peddi’ song with 1000 dancers: Festivals usually bring holidays for film crews, but the team of ‘Peddi’ turned Ganesh Chaturthi into a working celebration. While most people spent the day with family and prayers, Ram Charan and his team were busy in Mysore shooting a massive song sequence.

The makers have reportedly roped in over 1000 dancers to join Ram Charan on screen, under the choreography of the #MeToo accused Jani Master. The music for this introduction song has been composed by Academy Award winner A.R. Rahman.

Ever since director Buchi Babu Sana announced the project, expectations have been sky-high.

Kannada legend Shiva Rajkumar will appear in a special role. On his birthday, the makers revealed that he will play a character named Gournaidu.

In the film, Janhvi Kapoor stars opposite Ram Charan. Seasoned actors Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma are going to bring strong support to the storyline. Behind the camera too, the film boasts of a powerhouse team. This includes cinematographer Rathnavelu. Editing is in the care of National Award winner Navin Nooli. The film’s massive sets come in design of Avinash Kolla.
