Delhi’s Minister for social welfare Ravinder Indraj Singh, stating that ensuring the convenience of devotees is one of government’s priorities, said after the successful conclusions of Kanwar Yatra and the grand celebration of Krishna Janmashtami, comorehensive arrangements will be made for Ramleela, Dussehra, and other upcoming festivities.
He said Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has given directions that special arrangements should be made for the security of the devotees and traffic management during the festivals.

He emphasized that with the cooperation of the local administration, police, and municipal corporation, special focus will be accorded to cleanliness, drinking water, lighting, and traffic control around the venues for the festivities.

He assured adequate deployment of police personnel to ensure proper crowd management while ambulance and medical teams remain standby for emergencies.
Indraj affirmed the Delhi government’s commitment to ensuring arrangements for all smooth religious celebrations so that the devotees could experience the grandeur of traditional festivals without any inconvenience
He acknowledge the cooperation and contribution of the public, especially the youth, who volunteered to ensure all the arrangements in the recently-concluded festivities.
On the occasion of Lord Krishna Janmotsav in the Bawana Assembly constituency, Indraj offered prayers along with the devotees.
He took part in the Janmashtami programs organized at different places as part of the festivities with local residents.
