Bollywood star and fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora is once again inspiring her fans with her passion for yoga. Known for her graceful movements and strong dedication to wellness, Malaika recently took to Instagram to share the many benefits of Surya Namaskar, a popular yoga sequence.
She didn’t just speak about it, she also showed her followers how to do each pose properly.

In a video posted on her account, Malaika Arora performed the 12-step Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), a traditional yoga practice made up of flowing postures linked with the breath.
From the first prayer pose to the final step, she moved calmly and confidently through the entire sequence.
Malaika Arora believes Surya Namaskar is much more than just exercise. In her caption, she wrote, “Surya Namaskar is not just a physical practice, it’s a sacred mantra.”
She explained how this daily routine connects her breath with the energy of the sun, helping her feel more in tune with nature.
She described the routine as a “moving prayer” and even listed the Sanskrit names of each posture, along with the sacred mantras that go with them.
Apart from yoga, Malaika also gave fans a glimpse of her sense of humour in another post. On July 28, she shared a funny video about her recent trip. The video began with her relaxing at the airport lounge and later showed her walking to the flight and then sleeping on the plane.
What made fans laugh was her caption: “Just landed with 25 outfits that saw nothing but my suitcase.” She poked fun at herself for packing too many clothes during a short 5-day vacation.
