Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday emphasised the collective resolve to eliminate terrorism and dismantle terror networks that pose a threat to national security and development.
Interacting with officers attending the Higher Command Course-54 at the Army War College, Mhow, the Lieutenant Governor addressed them at Srinagar’s Raj Bhawan. The event was attended by senior officers of the armed forces, including Lt General Harjeet Singh Sahi, Commandant of the Army War College, faculty members, and top security officials.

“We must vow to eliminate every terrorist and terrorist organization that threatens our safety, security, and prosperity,” LG Sinha asserted during his address. He underlined the significance of a whole-of-government approach in counter-terrorism operations and in dismantling the terror ecosystem across regions.
The LG also engaged the officers in an in-depth discussion on contemporary geo-political and geo-strategic issues. He lauded the efforts of the armed forces and security personnel in safeguarding the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of the country.
“I congratulate and thank the outstanding officers of the three services for keeping all citizens safe and for their unwavering commitment to national service,” he said.
LG Sinha further outlined key reforms and initiatives undertaken by the Jammu and Kashmir administration in recent years, aimed at promoting inclusive development, ensuring peace, and enhancing public welfare.
