Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Thursday welcomed the verdict delivered by the NIA Special Court in the Malegaon case, stating that it marks the defeat of the theory of ‘Hindu terrorism’ and the triumph of justice.

He demanded that legal action should be taken against those who filed and pursued the false case.

Sachdeva stated that the Hindus were falsely targeted and implicated in the case, a fact that the court’s decision has now confirmed.

He alleged that the Congress fabricated the false narrative of “saffron terror” to safeguard real terrorists, adding that the conspiracy has now fallen apart.

The BJP leader has further said that Rahul Gandhi and all the Congress leaders must apologize not only to the Hindus, but to the entire country.

Sachdeva further said that those who used terms like “saffron terror” and “Hindu terror” should apologize to the entire nation.

He claimed that the entire country witnessed how the grand old party and its allies used such language against the Hindu community, purely to woo a specific vote bank.

Sachdeva claimed that following the court’s verdict, the grand old party ‘s leaders are talking about appealing the decision in the High Court.
