According to the police, the girl was returning from a hospital with his father and a relative when a speeding BMW, allegedly being driven on the wrong lane, rammed into their scooty from behind.
A five-year-old girl was killed and two others were injured after a speeding BMW hit a scooty near Sector 30 in Noida early Sunday morning.
The deceased girl has been identified as Ayat, daughter of Gul Mohammad.

According to the police, the girl was returning from a hospital with his father and a relative when a speeding BMW, allegedly being driven on the wrong lane, rammed into their scooty from behind.

“Gul Mohammad had brought Ayat to the hospital as her health was deteriorating. After consulting the doctor, they were returning home when the speeding BMW struck their scooter,” the police said.
Police have arrested two people, including the driver of the luxury car, and launched an investigation to determine if they were under the influence of alcohol.
A case has been registered in Noida Sector 20 police station under relevant sections of BNS, including Sections 281 (rash driving), 125 (act of endangering life), and 106(1) (causing death by negligence).
