Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has said that the state government’s committed efforts to realize the dreams of unemployed youth have successfully created job opportunities for over one lakh aspirants so far.
“More than 75,000 candidates have already been appointed to regular government positions through the sensitive and sincere efforts of the administrative machinery,” Sharma said. He further added that on Thursday, official recruitment bodies opened the process for filling 26,597 additional posts across various departments.

Recruitment notifications have been issued by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), and other departmental bodies.
The RPSC has invited applications for 1,100 Veterinary Officers (doctors); 1,015 Police Sub-Inspectors for the Home Department, and 281 Junior Engineers for the Agriculture Department.
Additionally, the Ayurved Department has advertised 1,535 contractual vacancies for Ayush Officers (Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, and Unani). The RSSB has announced 1,100 vacancies for Agriculture Supervisors in the state Agriculture Department.
Approximately 18,000 teaching positions of various grades and levels are also being filled as part of this week’s recruitment drive. The RPSC will recruit 3,225 Lecturers in various subjects for the Department of Secondary Education, and 6,500 Senior Teachers. The RSSB has opened the selection process for 5,000 Level-I Teachers; 2,759 Level-I and Level-II Teachers for the Sanskrit Education Department.
Other notable recruitments include 2,163 posts in the Energy Department; 1,050 posts in the Public Health Engineering Department; 84 Platoon Commanders in the Home Department; and 785 positions (Vanpals, Foresters, and Surveyors) in the Forest Department.
