In Siktam (Lower and Upper), landslides had caused road blockages and displacement of local residents. Discussions were held on preventive strategies to mitigate further slope failures.

In Lower Tikpur and surrounding areas, the team reviewed road damage and discussed possible repair and mitigation strategies with implementing agencies.

The visit underscored the urgency of coordinated response efforts and the need for enhanced disaster preparedness in the region. The team also made several key recommendations to guide the restoration process in the coming days.
