Addressing a public gathering on the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Government of India is fully committed to the all-round development of border villages.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday accused the BJP of pursuing “blackmail politics” over the issue of J&K’s statehood and said the delay in cabinet expansion was linked to the Union Territory’s status and not due to any fear within the ruling National Conference.
