Sarpanch killed by terrorists in Kashmir

A panchayat head, Sameer Ahmad was on Wednesday shot dead by terrorists in the Khanmoh locality of Srinagar.

The sarpanch was reportedly shot from close range by terrorists. Further details were awaited.
