After the win, Aussie skipper Meg Lanning said, 'We were gonna have a bat. Sort of worked out well that way. We set the tone early with the bat and we put up a competitive total. Bolton made it look easy at the top; Mooney's innings was important because India were on top then. She's (Jonassen) been going well. Schutt today was outstanding. Overall we played well. India dominated some periods of the game but we managed to get the momentum back.' (Photo Credit-Twitter/Australian women cricket team)

After losing the match, skipper Mithali Raj said, 'I think there was a bit of movement in the first few overs but the bowlers didn't bowl the lines. And then there were a few chances which we didn't take. We should keep striving to excel. Smriti has been amongst runs but we needed more contribution from the top order. We wanted lower middle order to score runs. Pooja has been doing it since the first game but other than that, there was no one to take it further. It's important people come and watch women's cricket.' (Photo Credit-Twitter/BCCI women)
