RAID, the movie: Raid is a crime drama revolving around the character of Amay Patnaik, a fearless Income Tax officer played by Ajay Devgn who carries out a non-stop raid at the mansion of all-powerful Tauji in Lucknow. Written by Ritesh Shah and directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film also features Ileana D’Cruz, Saanand Verma and Saurabh Shukla, and is stated to be based on real events.
