The children with special needs will walk the ramp alongwith celebrities at a fashion show to be held in South Goa on December 21.
The state-run Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) is supporting the event, being organised to raise funds for charity.

“Titled as ‘Runway Inspiration’, the show will give a new face to fashion in Goa as we will be putting differently- abled children in the spotlight when they walk the ramp,” fashion designer Anusha Shaikh said while addressing a press conference along with GTDC chairman Nilesh Cabral here yesterday.

Professional models and Bollywood celebrities will share the ramp with the children during the show, where a range of kids’ garments, including Indo-western and ethnic wear, will be displayed, she said.
Cabral said the state is supporting the initiative as it includes participation of differently-abled children.
