‘No point’: Vladimir Putin rejects Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s offer to meet

Indian trio claimed 3rd position to win a bronze medal in the 25m rapid fire pistol team event.

Indian shooting trio of Anish, Anhad Jawanda and Shivam Shukla claimed third position to win a bronze medal in the 25m rapid fire pistol team event at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Junior World Championship Rifle/Pistol in Suhl, Germany, on Monday.
The trio scored a combined total of 1711 points to lift India's medal tally to four (two gold, one silver and one bronze) on the third day of the championship.

It was Anish, who earlier won India's first gold from the tournament after finishing on top in the 25m standard pistol event.

India's second gold came from the efforts of Yashaswini Singh Deswal, who won the 10m air pistol women's event on Day 2.
In the 10m air rifle men's event, Arjun Babuta, 17, made it to the final though failed to carry the momentum and ended on fifth position. In the qualification round, Arjun had shot a score of 624.4 (seventh position) to enter the eight-man final.
