CWG 2022: Dipika Pallikal-Saurav Ghosal win mixed doubles bronze medal
Dipika and Saurav defeated Australian duo Donna Lobban and Cameron Pilley 2-0 (11-8, 11-4) in the bronze medal match at the University of Birmingham Hockey & Squash Centre.
The match was closely fought for most part a disappointed Ghosal stated later.

India's top-seeded Saurav Ghosal lost to third seed Omar Abdel Mequid of Egypt in four games in the semifinal to bow out of the $25000 Montreal Open, a PSA event.
The Egyptian won 10-12, 12-10, 11-7, 17-15, according to the information received here.

The match was closely fought for most part and as a disappointed Ghosal was to state later, he saw a chance in the fourth game to revive hopes.

But despite being pushed to extra points, the Egyptian did not lose focus.
