Uttarakhand govt asks universities to focus on obtaining higher NIRF rankings
The Uttarakhand government wants to focus on improving the national rankings of the state's universities and educational institutions.

Voting in Uttarakhand’s 69 constituencies across 13 districts ended on Wednesday evening at 5 pm.
According to the state election officials, Haridwar recorded the highest polling percentage of 62, followed by Uttarkashi and Udhamsingh Nagar districts which recorded a 60-per cent voters turnout each at 3 pm.
