CBI on Monday filed the chargesheet against RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, his parents and former chief ministers Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi along with others in the land-for-jobs scam.
Both the leaders are arriving in Delhi to attend a rally to be held in Fatehabad district on the birth anniversary of Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) founder late Chaudhary Devi Lal by INLD leader OP Chautala.
Meanwhile, Yadav has to appear physically before the special MP MLA court in Palamu related to the violation of the model code of conduct in Garhwa district in 2009. He will reach Palamu by Monday evening.

The Jharkhand High Court on March 11 differed the hearing on the bail plea of Yadav till April 1 in connection with a fodder scam case.
The former Bihar chief minister has filed a plea in the CBI court seeking bail. He said in the plea that if not granted bail, he should be sent to judicial custody in Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) as he is unwell.
However, on Tuesday, the RJD chief called upon Congress to become a 'strong alternative' to the BJP at the national level politics and said that his party has always supported Congress in every situation.

If that is not enough, the BJP has brought “Jinnah, Kashmir terrorism and Pakistan zindabad” into the poll campaign giving a communal touch to the election to polarise voters along communal lines.
