Congress committing dacoity on rights of OBCs, SCs, STs: PM
“Wherever it (Congress) can do it, it will try to loot the claims of the SCs, STs and OBCs and give them to others,” said Modi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday wished Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling on his birthday and prayed for his “long and healthy life”.
“Birthday greetings to Sikkim CM Shri Pawan Chamling. I pray for his long and healthy life,” Modi tweeted.
Pawan Chamling, born on 22 September 1950 is the fifth and incumbent CM of Sikkim. He is the founder president of the Sikkim Democratic Front which has beenin power in the state for five successive terms since 1994.

On 28 April 2018, he will become the longest serving CM in India breaking the record of Jyoti Basu who was Chief Minister of West Bengal from for a period of 23 years 4 months and 16 days.
