Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday said Pakistan has successfully dismantled the network of terrorists in the country.

Addressing participants at the US Institute of Peace in Washington, the premier said Pakistan was an indispensable friend to the US.

While briefing the attendees over measures taken by the government, Sharif said Operation Zarb-e-Azb has yielded considerable results in overcoming the menace of terrorism, Express News reported.

“All political parties in parliament are united against terrorism,” he said, adding that the government had also launched a crackdown on the financers and sympathisers of terrorists.
