Urvashi Rautela claims her luggage was stolen at Gatwick airport after Wimbledon trip

Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has alleged that her luggage was stolen at Gatwick Airport in the UK after she landed from Mumbai to attend the Wimbledon 2025 event. She took to Instagram to raise her voice and ask for urgent help in retrieving her missing bag.

In her Instagram story, Urvashi shared a photo of her Emirates airline baggage tag and boarding pass. She wrote, “Injustice tolerated is injustice repeated. Our @wimbledon @dior brown baggage was stolen from the belt at @gatwickairport after flying @emirates from Mumbai during #Wimbledon. Baggage tag & ticket above. Urgently requesting help to retrieve it.”

While Urvashi seemed quite serious and upset about the situation, many social media users didn’t hold back from making fun of her complaint.

One commented, “Why are you tagging Wimbledon & Dior? Just tag the airline directly!”

Another joked, “First Indian to lose baggage returning from Wimbledon!” Some even made fun of her collection of Labubu dolls that she showcased during Wimbledon. A user wrote, “Maybe your Labubus took it.”

While the lost luggage made headlines, Urvashi also recently made news for something more positive. She performed at a prestigious event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, alongside popular Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe. According to reports, Urvashi charged a huge fee of ₹7 crore for the performance.

Sharing her thoughts about the experience, the ‘Pagalpanti’ and ‘Daaku Maharaj’ actress said, “I feel immensely proud and humbled to be the first Indian female artist to perform in the heart of Saudi Arabia Jeddah for Hope & Joy along with Haifa Wehbe. This moment is not just mine, it belongs to every Indian woman who dares to dream beyond boundaries.”
