It wasn’t a movie set. It was a quiet, honest moment. and Sunny Leone decided to speak from the heart.

In a deeply personal chat on Farah Khan’s popular YouTube vlog, the actress opened up about one of the most painful chapters of her life; multiple failed IVF attempts and the emotional storm that followed.

Sunny revealed that she and her husband had gone through one failed IVF attempt before things became even more difficult. She shared that they had six “perfect” embryos. Out of those, four were girls and two were boys.

But then, something unexpected happened.

“The first four were girls… and then all of a sudden all the four girls just went,” she recalled.

The loss hit her hard. She described the experience as heartbreaking. What hurt even more was the self-doubt that followed. Sunny admitted she began blaming herself. She kept wondering if something was wrong with her. She questioned everything: her body, her fate, even her karma.

“Why is this happening?” she remembered asking herself. “Is it my karma? Is it this? Is it that?”

Eventually, she said she accepted that maybe it was simply God’s plan.

The moment adoption entered her life

After the loss, a thought crossed her mind. If those four baby girls were gone, why not give a home to a baby girl who needed one?

Sunny shared that adoption had always been close to her heart. Even as a child, she knew she wanted to adopt one day. Her husband, Daniel Weber, felt the same way.

One day, after donating items, the couple visited St. Catherine’s orphanage. They met the children there. That visit changed everything.

In 2017, Sunny and Daniel adopted their daughter, Nisha Kaur Weber. She was just over a year old at the time.

Sunny also made it clear that Nisha knows she is adopted. “She’s fine with it,” the actress said with confidence.

The conversation became even more emotional when Farah shared that she too had faced IVF failures before becoming a mother. The filmmaker later welcomed triplets, but she understood the struggle Sunny described.

A complete family today

Today, Sunny is a proud mother of three. After adopting Nisha, she and Daniel welcomed twin boys Asher Singh Weber and Noah Singh Weber through surrogacy in 2018.

Professionally, Sunny is also busy. She is currently seen in filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘Kennedy’. At the same time, she continues to host the reality show Splitsvilla, and this marks her 10th year on the show.
