Jennifer Lopez, 56, lit up New York City as she attended the premiere of her upcoming musical, ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’. The film, co-produced by Affleck through his Artist Equity company alongside Matt Damon, marks a special collaboration between the two A-listers. To everyone’s delight, Ben Affleck, 53, made a surprise appearance at the event. He stood proudly beside his ex-wife on the red carpet.

The former couple’s reunion was full of smiles, casual chats, and genuine admiration. Photos from the premiere captured the pair exchanging friendly words. Affleck even spoke to the press about the film.
Jennifer dazzled in a sculptural gown by Harris Reed’s Spring 2026 collection. Before the screening, she introduced the film to the audience and openly expressed her gratitude. “Thank you so much, thank you everybody for being here tonight. Thank you, Ben, this movie wouldn’t have been made without Ben and without Artist Equity,” she said.

She continued, sharing her excitement about the role: “I read the script, and I was just floored. I was like, could this really be happening? I get to sing, I get to dance, I get to act. And I get to be an old-time Hollywood movie star.”
Their story has had its share of twists. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez first met in 2002 and became a high-profile couple, only to break off their engagement in 2004.
After years apart, both built their lives and families independently. But in 2021, they surprised fans by rekindling their romance, marrying in a private Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022 and later celebrating with friends and family in Georgia.
By 2024, they decided to part ways, citing irreconcilable differences, and finalized their divorce in February 2025.
