Ingredients for Macaroni Salad

Macaroni     2 Cups
Carrot          1 (Finely chopped)
Capsicum     1 (Finely chopped)
Onion            1 (Finely chopped)
Pineapple tin   1 (Small)
Mayonnaise          6 tbsp
Sugar              2 tsp
Salt                 1 tsp
Black pepper     1 tsp

How to make Macaroni Salad

  1. Boil macaroni like noodles.
  2. Strain the water with the help of a sieve and pour cold water on the macaroni to avoid stickiness. Let it get cool in the strainer.
  3. Add all the vegetables, chopped pineapples and spices in it.
  4. Add sugar and mayonnaise and mix it well gently.
  5. Refrigerate it and serve cool.
It takes only 15-20 minutes to make this salad. It is easy to digest and good to taste. You can add it to your food menu on any special event.
