UP Legislature adjourned sine die after record 24-hour sitting on Vision 2047

Both Houses of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature were adjourned sine die on Thursday afternoon after holding a record sitting of over 24 hours to discuss the UP Development Vision 2047.

Both houses convened at 11 am yesterday. They were adjourned in the late afternoon, after sitting without a break, following Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s address.

The monsoon session of the state Legislature commenced on August 11 and has just held four days of sitting. During the session, the state assembly also approved the Banke Bihari Trust Bill and other Bills.
