The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has appointed S Radha Chauhan (Retd. IAS: 1988: UP), former Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, as the full-time Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) for a period of three years from the date she assumes charge.
Meanwhile, the tenure of Adil Zainulbhai has been extended as part-time Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) with effect from 1.8.2025 until Radha Chauhan assumes office.
This extension has been granted in relaxation of Clause B of the Terms and Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and Members of the CBC, in accordance with Clause L.
