PM Modi extends greetings on ‘Hindi Diwas’, highlights growing respect for language globally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended his greetings on the occasion of “Hindi Diwas”, a celebration of the Hindi language and its significance in Indian culture.

In a post on X, PM Modi said, “Heartfelt greetings to all on Hindi Diwas. Hindi is not merely a medium of communication, but a vibrant heritage of our identity and values.”

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of Hindi language and culture, saying that it is a vital part of India’s heritage.

“On this occasion, let us all together resolve to enrich Hindi along with all Indian languages and to pass them on to the coming generations with pride,” he added.

The Prime Minister highlighted the increasing global recognition of Hindi, calling it a matter of pride for all Indians. “The growing respect for Hindi on the global stage is a matter of pride and inspiration for all of us,” he remarked.
