Two security guards employed by Faisal Khan, popularly known as ‘Khan Sir,’ were not granted immediate relief by the Patna Civil Court on Tuesday, June 16.

The court was hearing the matter related to the assault and firing incident linked to Khan Global Studies at Patna’s Musallahpur Hat. The court has asked police to submit an updated case diary along with other required documents related to the investigation, IANS reported.

The next hearing in the case has been scheduled for June 20.

Notably, another hearing involving Khan himself is expected to take place on June 20. Khan earlier received interim protection from arrest until that date in connection with the case.

As per reports, Roshan Anand’s associates are also planning to move bail petitions in the matter.

The matter took a dramatic turn after Anand, released from jail on bail, on Monday night publicly accused Khan as well as the cold storage owner of conspiring to murder his brother Prince Yadav.

Prince Yadav died under suspicious circumstances at a hotel in Biratnagar, while the matter is currently being investigated by Nepal Police.

Yadav’s last rites were reportedly performed late Monday night in his native village in Saharsa.
