Dwarka Mor – Dwarka Sec 10 road named after Chaudhary Ramkaran Solanki on 5th death anniversary


On the 5th death anniversary of Late Chaudhary Ramkaran Solanki, a known name across North India, especially the farmer fraternity for his work for the welfare of the farmers, society, especially the poor, the road starting from Dwarka Mor to Dwarka Sector-10 Market has been named after him as a tribute to his dedication.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta who paid tributes to late Solanki at the Dada Dev temple complex on Sunday, said that naming the road after him is is a true tribute to his simplicity, public service, and dedication to the development of Delhi Dehat.

Gupta said that Chaudhary Ramkaran’s contributions to society, education, and rural development will always be remembered with respect and honour.

“Our government is firmly committed to the all-round development of Delhi Dehat,” she assured, adding that the rural belt had come out is support in the formation of government, holds importance in preserving the history of the city.

Solanki, was a man who always voiced the concerns of the downtrodden, and lived promoting the essence of dharma and Sanatan.

Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhary Surender Solanki, who is the present chief of Palam 360 Khap, said that he will keep working with full strength for farmers, the villages and society, carrying forward the legacy of late Chaudhary Ramkaran Solanki, who was the Palam 360 Chief for over 16 years.

Solanki said that people across the rural belt remember his late father for his kind heartedness and politeness, and also the strength with which he stood for rights of farmers.

Thousands of people comprising Khap leaders from different villages across North India gathered here to pay tribute and respects to the late farmer leader.

Delhi Cabinet Ministers Parvesh Verma, Ravinder Indraj Singh, Manjinder Sirsa, MPs Ramvir Bidhuri, Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Yogendra Chandolia, Mayor Parvesh Wahi, and former Mayor Raja Iqbal, Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva, ch Naresh Pradhan lado sarai 96, Ch Mahender Thakran Pradhan jharsha 360 senior Political leaders and MCD Commissioner and former Special Commissioner Delhi Police, while other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
