Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday, as confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Office on its official X handle. During the meeting, the Chief Minister invited PM Modi to participate in the upcoming ‘Telangana Rising Global Summit’ scheduled for December 8 and 9.

The discussion also covered key state issues, including pending infrastructure projects and requests for central assistance to accelerate development.

The Telangana government is positioning the Summit as its flagship global platform to highlight the ambitious “Telangana Rising 2047” roadmap. The event, to be held at the future site of Bharat Future City — envisioned as India’s first net-zero city — will showcase major infrastructure initiatives and new investment opportunities aimed at transforming Telangana into a USD 3 trillion economy by 2047.

Senior officials revealed that approximately 4,500 invitations have been sent out, with around 1,000 confirmations received from industrialists, economists, diplomats, sportspersons, and experts across various sectors, signaling strong interest in Telangana’s developmental vision.
