Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav Friday lauded the new generation for its progressive mindset and inclusive outlook, calling it a powerful force poised to shape India’s future. In a write-up posted on his WhatsApp channel, the SP chief highlighted the distinct qualities that set today’s youth apart from previous generations.
“The new generation is called ‘new’ because it is not bound by old-fashioned views. It looks to the future with an open mind, embracing change and diversity,” Yadav said. “They are friendly, inclusive, and tolerant of different religions, ideologies, and philosophies. This generation seeks to move forward together with respect, love, and compassion for all living beings.”
He emphasised that the youth reject hatred, violence, and extremist ideologies, viewing communalism as a serious threat to society and global progress. “The new generation values humanity, brotherhood, and peace. They want happiness and progress for everyone,” Yadav added.
Wrapping up his post on an optimistic note, the SP chief declared, “This new generation is a force for change. It is time for a new era of love, peace, and progress. I am confident that they will write a new history of happiness and prosperity for all.”
Yadav’s words resonate amid ongoing political and social challenges, offering a hopeful vision of unity and transformation led by India’s youth. His annotations assumes added significance as they come in the backdrop of the ongoing Bihar Assembly polls in which the SP chief has spearheaded a campaign against the ruling BJP-JD(U) alliance and in support of the RJD-Congress-led Mahagathbandhan alliance.
