Get Set Learn, a future-skills-focused learning start-up backed by the Arvind Mafatlal Group, announceD the launch of the Young Pioneers Programme at the Future Ready Conclave, Kolkata, the city’s largest skills-focused educators’ conference ever held. The Young Pioneers Programme is a comprehensive three-year immersive learning programme co-created by Get Set Learn and Cambridge University Press & Assessment, designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset in young learners.

Positioned as India’s premier STEM and future-skills event, the Future Ready Conclave brought together educators, school leaders and academic experts to explore innovative approaches to education. Designed to empower educators with tools, insights, and strategies to prepare students for a rapidly evolving world, the conclave placed strong emphasis on the integration of artificial intelligence, robotics, design thinking and entrepreneurship into modern curricula. The unveiling of the Young Pioneers Programme marked a key highlight of the conclave.

The programme offers end-to-end support, including teacher training, specially curated coursebooks, expert-led masterclasses, phased mentorship, intra-school and inter-school jury rounds, and a final launchpad that transforms student ideas into actionable solutions. The programme follows a structured three-tier progression – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced delivered over a three-year learning journey. The curriculum will introduce students to essential entrepreneurship fundamentals such as the SMART model, SWOT analysis, business planning concepts and other foundational tools critical to developing an entrepreneurial outlook.

“The Young Pioneers Programme is designed to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset at an early stage by combining structured learning with real-world application. Launching this initiative at the Future Ready Conclave, Kolkata’s largest skills-focused educators’ conference, underscores our commitment to working closely with educators to build future-ready learning ecosystems that empower students to think creatively, act decisively, and lead with purpose in an increasingly dynamic world,” said Mr Ameet Zaverii, CEO, Get Set Learn.
