The internet has been buzzing over Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for their wedding, and comedian Bert Kreischer decided to have some fun with it too.

Kreischer shared an AI generated image on Instagram showing himself standing alongside Swift and Kelce, all dressed in wedding attire. In the fabricated photo, Swift and Kelce appeared to be smiling directly at the camera, while Kreischer was shown looking off to the side.

He captioned the post with a joke, writing that the moment captured him being called over to the bar for a shot by Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce.

Kelce’s reaction says it all

Instead of ignoring the joke or brushing it off, Kelce leaned into the humour himself. He responded in the comments section with a string of crying laughing emojis, showing he found the whole thing pretty funny too.

The days leading up to the rumoured wedding have brought a steady stream of familiar faces to New York City. On July 1, Ed Sheeran, Sabrina Carpenter, and Camila Cabello were all spotted in and around the city, a day ahead of what is believed to be Swift’s rehearsal dinner.

Selena Gomez also signaled she would be part of the celebrations. On July 2, she posted on her Instagram Stories saying she wished her husband, Benny Blanco, could be there with her, hinting that she was attending without him by her side.

Jack Antonoff, Swift’s longtime collaborator and the frontman of Bleachers, was also spotted in the city. He was seen alongside his former partner, Lena Dunham, with both dressed in black tie attire, appearing to be heading toward the rehearsal dinner venue.

Madison Square Garden gets a major makeover

While the guest list has kept fans busy speculating, the venue itself has been undergoing serious preparation. Crews were spotted outside Madison Square Garden working on transforming the arena for what appears to be a large scale event.

Among the visible changes, a new carpeted entrance was installed, along with what looked like a disco ball being set up inside, hinting at just how elaborate the celebration is shaping up to be.
