Pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce have sealed their relationship with a private wedding ceremony in New York on July 3.
The wedding, held at Madison Square Garden, brought together family members and a host of celebrities from the worlds of music, film and sports. A representative for Swift confirmed the ceremony to PEOPLE.
Actor Adam Sandler officiated the wedding, according to the singer’s representative.
The guest list featured several prominent names, including Gigi Hadid, Ethan Hawke, Jimmy Fallon, Ellie Goulding, Benson Boone, Joshua Kushner, Zoë Kravitz, Maren Morris, Mariska Hargitay, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Hugh Grant, Karlie Kloss, Miranda Lambert, The Chicks, Brad Paisley, Cherry Seaborn, the Haim sisters, Peter Hermann, Ed Sheeran, Kelsea Ballerini, Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, Jason Sudeikis, and Tommy Hilfiger.
Wedding celebrations began with rehearsal dinner
Ahead of the ceremony, the couple hosted an intimate rehearsal dinner for close friends and family at Madison Square Garden’s Infosys Theatre.
Neither Swift nor Kelce has shared photographs or posts from the wedding celebrations on social media so far.
Relationship that began with a friendship bracelet
The couple announced their engagement through a joint Instagram post on August 26, 2025. The post included photographs from a garden proposal.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift wrote in the caption.
Swift and Kelce’s relationship first drew public attention after the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed on his New Heights podcast in July 2023 that he had tried to give the singer a friendship bracelet carrying his phone number during one of her Eras Tour concerts. Although the attempt did not succeed, the two later connected and began dating, with PEOPLE reporting that Swift’s mother played a role in bringing them together.
