Actor Sushmita Sen is celebrating a major milestone in her fitness journey, and she’s doing it with a clear message, stay consistent and let the results speak.

The actor recently took to Instagram to mark three years of dedication to her health and workouts, reminding followers that discipline always pays off.

A powerful fitness update

Sushmita shared a video montage that captured moments from her workout sessions. The clip shows her training intensely, swimming, and confidently flaunting her toned abs and lean physique.

The video carried a simple but striking text overlay: “No excuse just result.”

In her caption, the actor wrote, “Thank you God!!! #3years I love you guys!!! #duggadugga,” celebrating the milestone with gratitude and her signature warmth.

Training with daughter Alisah

Last month, the actor had also given fans a peek into one of her workout days with daughter Alisah. In the video, the mother-daughter duo was seen pushing through a core workout together.

Calling her daughters her “inspired gang,” Sushmita wrote, “#keepgoing #strongerthanyesterday… Come join us… let’s get stronger together!! I love you guys!!! #duggadugga #2026.”

The 50-year-old star is a proud mother of two adopted daughters. She adopted Renee in 2000 at the age of 24, and welcomed Alisah into the family in 2010.

Work front

On the professional side, Sushmita was last seen in Aarya Season 3, the crime-thriller created by Ram Madhvani. The series features her in the titular role and is based on the Dutch drama Penoza.

The story follows Aarya, a strong-willed woman who steps into the world of crime to protect her family and avenge her husband’s murder. The show has also earned a nomination at the International Emmy Awards for Best Drama Series.

Sushmita made her acting debut with Dastak in 1996 and has since appeared in several popular films including Biwi No.1, Main Hoon Na, and Taali, where she portrayed transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant.
