Chiranjeevi’s next film gets a grand title reveal: ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’

Birthdays are special, but when you are Megastar Chiranjeevi, they turn into a festival for fans. This year, on August 22nd, the celebrations got even bigger when the makers of his upcoming film revealed the title: ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’.

The announcement instantly sent social media into a frenzy. Until now, fans were calling it ‘Mega157’. But now, the official title has arrived with a stylish teaser.

The production houses Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments chose Chiranjeevi’s birthday to reveal the title.

Director Anil Ravipudi, who is helming the project, also joined in the celebrations. He shared the teaser while pouring out heartfelt words for the star. “Happy Birthday to the legend himself, our Mega Star @KChiruTweets garu. Being part of your journey is an honour I’ll always cherish. Presenting you as ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ in #Mega157 is truly a surreal moment,” he wrote.

Actor Venkatesh gave his voice for the teaser introduction. Anil Ravipudi didn’t forget to thank him either, writing, “Grateful to Victory @venkymama garu for introducing ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ with his voice. Thank you always for being there for me, sir. Let’s rock soon.”

The title teaser opens with a sharply dressed Chiranjeevi stepping out of a vehicle, flanked by commandos carrying weapons. The background music, repeating the word “Boss” several times, sets a tone.

Apart from Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments producing the film, Sushmita Konidela, Chiranjeevi’s daughter, is also closely associated with the project.

After ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ and ‘Godfather’, Nayanthara will be pairing up with Chiranjeevi once again. Their screen presence together has always been well received.

On the technical side, Bheems Ceciroleo is composing the music, while Sameer Reddy will handle the cinematography. Editing duties fall to Tammiraju, while A. S. Prakash has taken charge as art director. The story has been co-written by S. Krishna and G. Adi Narayana, with S. Krishna also serving as the executive producer.
