When you think of Soha Ali Khan, films and books may come to mind. But now, the actress and author is turning her attention to a new platform, podcasts. With her latest project, ‘All About Her’, Soha is stepping into the world of streaming audio and video conversations.
Podcasts have exploded in popularity over the past few years, especially after the pandemic, when more people began looking for new ways to connect and consume content. From news and thrillers to parenting tips and celebrity chats, the digital shelves are packed. So how does one stand out in this crowded room? Soha believes she has found her answer.
In a recent chat with IANS, the actress shared that she noticed something missing in the booming podcast culture: an honest, engaging space around women’s wellness.
While health and self-care are frequent topics online, Soha feels that discussions often skip the unique concerns women face. This is the gap she wants to fill with her show.

“The podcast scene is buzzing with options. You have news shows, fictional thrillers, wellness guides, and even parenting advice. But women’s wellness still feels slightly underexplored. That’s where ‘All About Her’ comes in,” she explained.
What makes this podcast different, according to Soha Ali Khan, is its format. Instead of choosing between a celebrity guest or a subject expert, ‘All About Her’ combines both. Each episode brings together a well-known personality and a specialist, blending personal stories with practical advice.
Soha says this mix is deliberate. “With experts, sometimes the chat can turn too academic or dry. With celebrities, you get exciting stories, but not always useful takeaways. By bringing the two together, we create conversations that are not just entertaining but also meaningful,” she said.
