We have shortened the list to bring the top 5 web series to watch this summer. Here it goes..

Kaushiki

Web casted on Viu, the premium OTT platform, Kaushiki is the story of a group of friends whose adventurous lives are seen through the eyes of their new friend Kaushiki (Sayani). Their lives are all about the parties that are fueled by alcohol but they are hiding some deep, dark secrets. This Suparn Varma thriller features Rannvijay Singha, Omkar Kapoor, Sayani Gupta, Namit Das and Rajeev Siddharth among others

​​Sacred Games

​​Going to be showcased on Netflix, Sacred Games is a directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. The series revolves around a contemptuous Mumbai city cop Sartaj Singh ( Saif Ali Khan) who is tipped off on the location of crime lord Ganesh Gaitonde (NawazuddinSiddiqui). As the lives of these two men collide, it exposes the trappings of a bigger game than the both of them. The series is all set to premier its pilot episode on July 6.

​​The Ministry

The Ministry is a political satire set in contemporary India’s corridors of power and is set to launch on Amazon Prime Video. It stars the brilliant Irrfan Khan. It is the story of a washed-up narcissistic Bollywood actor who is unwittingly appointed as a placeholder Union Culture Minister.

PM Selfiewallie

ALTBalaji’s show PM Selfiewallie is a political satire on wherein actor Beena plays dadi of Tanya (Nityami). Dadi aka PM has been accused of several charges and she needs to step down to give way to someone dumb from her strong party so that all her charges are waved off.

 ​​Twisted 2

Vikram Bhatt’s web series Twisted 2 which will be webcasted on VB on the web, will tell the story of Aliya Mukherji who is framed in the murder of her boyfriend Vinod. The show features the gorgeous Nia Sharma as the lead.
