Actress Lucy Hale marked a significant milestone in her personal journey by celebrating two years of sobriety on Tuesday. The 34-year-old former “Pretty Little Liars” star took to social media to share her reflections on this achievement, illustrating her dedication with a chart on Instagram that highlighted the impressive statistics of 24 months, 731 days, and 17,523 hours of being alcohol-free.

In a heartfelt post, Hale expressed her gratitude for the profound impact that her commitment to sobriety has had on her life. Quoting novelist F. Scott Fitzgerald, she emphasized the timeless nature of personal growth, stating that “it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit.”

During a November episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Hale revealed her earliest memory of drinking at the young age of 12 during a vacation. She described her journey to sobriety as “the greatest gift” she has given herself, expressing appreciation for the year filled with growth, lessons, joys, and self-realizations.
