Bollywood legend Madhuri Dixit Nene has sparked controversy during her ongoing USA-Canada tour following complaints from fans at her Toronto show. Attendees expressed frustration online after the actor reportedly arrived three hours late leaving many disappointed.

Fans took to social media to voice their displeasure calling the event “poorly organised” and accusing the organisers of misleading promotions. Many pointed out that the advertisements did not clearly state that the evening would primarily be a chat show with very few live performances.

One attendee wrote, “If you are thinking of attending Madhuri’s tour, think again. Save your money. The night was a total mess… and she gets paid for this?”

Despite the criticism, glimpses of the show did generate excitement. Madhuri performed her iconic dance from the song ‘Mera Piya Ghar Aaya’ from the 1995 film ‘Yaraana’. Fans shared it widely on Instagram. Even so, the disappointment over timing and format overshadowed the performance for many in the audience.

As of now, neither Madhuri nor her team have commented publicly on the delayed start in Toronto.
