Celebrity fitness trainer Rupal Sidh recently offered fans a peek into Saif’s workout routine, and the results are nothing short of impressive. On October 4, Rupal shared a series of photos on Instagram showing Saif performing advanced yoga postures.
In her post, Rupal wrote, “This is how Saif Ali Khan built his legendary strength and agility! I’m sharing my signature flexibility poses that I use with my dedicated celebrity clients!”
According to Rupal, Saif’s routine includes challenging poses like handstands, deep backbends, and forward folds. Each movement has a purpose. Handstands strengthen the core and upper body. Backbends improve spinal flexibility and posture. And, forward folds aid muscle recovery and circulation. Together, all these postures create a balanced, strong, and agile physique.

Saif’s commitment to yoga is his lifestyle choice. Yoga experts, including Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna of Patanjali, have long emphasized the benefits of yoga-based flexibility workouts. They especially recommend this to people as they age.
According to them, regular yoga practice can boost circulation, reduce joint stiffness, enhance balance. This goes on to improve overall coordination.
Ramdev has often spoken about how yoga can transform the body and mind. And, Saif seems to be a living example.
