Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday highlighted the leadership, vision, and contribution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi towards nation-building, stating that on behalf of every citizen of Delhi, she congratulates the Prime Minister, who is not just a leader but a guiding force.
In her statement in the Delhi Assembly on the Prime Minister’s leadership and his contribution, on becoming the longest-serving head of government in the country including his tenure as Gujarat Chief Minister and then as Prime Minister, Gupta said that he is someone who works not merely with intent but with a clear vision.
She noted that under the Prime Minister’s leadership, values such as integrity, transparency, accountability, and dedication have gained renewed prominence.
Gupta added that through his work and conduct, the Prime Minister has demonstrated that commitment to the nation and duty towards its people are paramount.
She further said that his tireless, round-the-clock efforts in the service of the country stand as a remarkable example of dedicated leadership.
Gupta added that the Prime Minister’s efforts have significantly enhanced India’s global standing, prestige, and self-confidence, while his welfare-oriented policies, effective foreign policy, and emphasis on good governance have given the country a new direction.
She also emphasized that through the use of technology, teamwork, and a forward-looking approach, the Prime Minister has made governance more efficient and transparent, and has steered India onto a new path of progress.
