Massive participation in Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign reflects deep patriotic spirit: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday expressed his delight over the phenomenal participation in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, a nationwide initiative to promote patriotism and celebrate India’s independence. The campaign, which runs from August 13 to 15, encourages citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes, offices, and public spaces.

The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a celebration of India’s 75 years of independence. The initiative aims to foster a sense of patriotism and national pride among citizens, particularly the younger generation.
Taking to handle X, PM Modi praised the widespread participation in the campaign, which reflects the deep patriotic spirit that unites Indians.

“Glad to see #HarGharTiranga receiving phenomenal participation across India. This shows the deep patriotic spirit that unites our people and their unwavering pride in the Tricolour,” PM Modi said in his post.

Citizens are encouraged to share photos and selfies with the national flag on the official website.

The campaign promotes digital engagement, allowing citizens to showcase their patriotism on social media using hashtags like #Har Ghar Tiranga.

Participants can obtain a Har Ghar Tiranga Certificate and Tiranga ID card by registering online and uploading a selfie with the flag.
